ANEMOSEA, the Sea Anemone Pokémon. Thriving on the ocean floor, ANEMOSEA's bright colors easily catch the attention of others. ANEMOSEA fires its POISON STING to immobilize its prey before it SWALLOWs it, whole. It is able to regrow any part of its body, that cutting it in half may even produce two separate ANEMOSEAs.
Name Origin: ANEMOnE and SEA, from sea anemone [similar naming pattern as 'Horsea' coming from sea horse] Type: Water / Poison Ability: Suction Cups or Poison Point or Storm DrainPDW Evolution: None Moves Learned: Hydro Pump, Wring Out, Poison Jab, AncientPower, the Stockpile-Spit Up-Swallow move trio learned all at the same time, Gastro Acid, Pin Missile, Amnesia, Recover, BubbleBeam, Toxic Spikes, Acid, and starting moves Poison Sting, Constrict, and Spikes
For a very critical reason, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all future ers and ers of my works.
From one non-evolving Fakemon to another, I give you my Sea Anemone Fakemon, Anemosea!
Ok, pardon my week-long absence yet again, but my priority is to find a job so I've ben going from one interview to another. But that aside, here's Anemosea, another Water-typed Fakemon representing real-world sea anemones. And its Poison typing comes from the stinging sea anemone variety. Its design is heavily influenced by this specific variety. You could say that my Anemosea here is a combination of Lileep/Cradily [with the Abilities Suction Cups and Storm Drain via Dream World], Qwilfish [with the remaining Ability, Poison Point], Tentacool/Tentacruel, and Corsola, and I cannot blame you for that.
Anemosea's stats were rather easy to assign, given its anatomy bearing great resemblance to Lileep and Cradily. Basically, Anemosea's 23 Speed is taken from Lileep. Anemosea's 92 Defense and 102 Special Defense are each five points less than Cradily's 97 and 107, respectively. In a similar manner, Anemosea's 71 each in Attack and Special Attack is 10 points less than Cradily's 81 on both offensive stats. And finally, Anemosea's 71 HP is 15 points less than Cradily's 86. All in all, however, Anemosea's stats add up to a total of 430, which is similar to the non-evolving canon Water/Poison-type Qwilfish. Cool, huh?
Move-wise, Anemosea has quite a limited selection from repetitive references: Tentacruel's Hydro Pump, Wring Out, Poison Jab [also from Qwilfish], BubbleBeam [also from Corsola], Toxic Spikes, Acid [also from Cradily], and starting moves Poison Sting [again, from Qwilfish, too] and Constrict [again, from Cradily, too]; Cradily's AncientPower [also from Corsola], Stockpile-Spit Up-Swallow trio of moves [inspired by Qwilfish, too, except for Swallow], Gastro Acid, and Amnesia; Qwilfish's Pin Missile and starting move Spikes; and finally, Corsola's Recover. With these moves and defensive stats, Anemosea can play Lead and Wall with Spikes-Toxic Spikes and Recover, plus at least a damaging move. Yeah, that's quite it for my Sea Anemone Fakemon.
By the way, doesn't Anemosea's upper body parts look like a boxing glove to you?
I think this guy looks rather cute, actually. I was going to make a non-evolving anemone Pokemon a while ago but it was replaced by Raypoon. Also, boxing glove... Hmmm, I think I know where this is going...
Lol, there really are a few, rare, even legendary-ish rarity of readers here in !!! Thank you, good sir. This means I better work on it now to not kill the excitement.
Oh and Raypoon is really, really, freakishly spiky, the longer I stare at it, the more I am... starting to like it over the elegant Mantine!

Side-note, the tentacles look like candy. >> I kind of want to eat this guy now...but if he's a poison-type, that's probably not the best idea.
Oooh, looks like Anemosea found a new victim! Careful, it's got some nasty Poison moves!
Thanks!
i shall add anemones to my list ^^
Once again, Trick Room shall reign in the abyss!
