Poke Item SHINY STONE

SHINY STONE. A peculiar stone that makes certain species of Pokémon evolve. It shines with a dazzling light.

As with most 'peculiar' stones, this one evolves:
Roselia ---> Roserade
Pavoku ---> Konzeru
